Terms of Sale and Website Use

These Terms apply to the use of stratuum.com.au and purchases from Neemon Investments Pty Ltd trading as Stratuum (“we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before placing an order. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. A separate Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

2. Eligibility and orders

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary (payment not authorised, information appears fraudulent, product unavailable, obvious pricing or technical error, delivery cannot be made, or the order would breach law). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

3. Product status and information

Cohesion Visible Mark Refining Cream is presented as a cosmetic product. It is intended to change or maintain the appearance and condition of the skin. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease, injury or medical condition.

Website information is general product information, not medical advice. Ingredient and product information is prepared carefully, but packaging may be updated — always read the label supplied with your product. We do not guarantee the product will suit every person or produce a particular cosmetic result.

4. Safe use

Use Cohesion only as directed. Unless the final product label states otherwise:

• patch test on a small, discreet area before first use and wait 24 hours
• apply only to clean, dry, intact skin
• begin once daily and increase to once or twice daily only if well tolerated
• external use only
• avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes
• do not apply to open wounds, fresh incisions, infected skin or severely irritated skin
• discontinue use if irritation occurs
• seek medical advice if irritation is persistent, severe or concerning
• keep out of reach of children
• use sunscreen on exposed skin during the day

If you are receiving treatment for a skin condition, have recently had a medical or cosmetic procedure, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether the product is appropriate, obtain advice from a qualified health professional. Do not rely on this website for urgent health advice.

5. Prices and delivery charges

Prices are in Australian dollars. The advertised prices are:

• One-time purchase: A$119 delivered
• Subscription: A$99 delivered each renewal
• Two-bottle set: A$209 delivered
• Three-bottle set: A$299 delivered, generally offered after purchase

“Delivered” means standard delivery to an eligible Australian address is included in the displayed price. We will not add a standard delivery fee at checkout. Prices include GST where GST is applicable and we are required to charge it. We may change prices for future orders; a price change does not alter a completed order.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise Stripe and us to charge the amount clearly displayed. For subscriptions, you authorise recurring charges as explained before checkout. We do not intend to store full payment-card details.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in Australia only. We aim to dispatch within 1–4 business days. Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers, remote locations and other matters outside our reasonable control. Risk passes on delivery; title passes once full payment is received. Contact hello@stratuum.com.au with the order number for damaged, lost or incorrect orders.

8. Subscription terms

A Cohesion subscription provides one 50 mL bottle for A$99 delivered at the interval you select: every 8, 12 or 16 weeks. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. The cadence, recurring price and automatic-renewal statement are shown before checkout. We aim to send a reminder before each renewal. You may use the Manage subscription link to update payment, view invoices, change an available interval, or cancel — there is no cancellation fee. We may change the subscription price by giving at least 30 days' clear notice.

9. Post-purchase offers

We may display an optional offer after a completed purchase, such as adding bottles to make a three-bottle set for a total of A$299. It is optional, requires separate deliberate acceptance, will show the additional charge before payment, will not be preselected, and will not be charged automatically because the first order was completed.

10. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Subject to conditions, we offer a change-of-mind return for an unopened, unused product requested within 30 days after delivery. You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. We may decline a change-of-mind return for an opened cosmetic product for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods. We will not require store credit where the law entitles you to a refund.

11–14. Promotions, website availability, intellectual property, third-party services

We will not use fake countdowns, fabricated scarcity or misleading comparison prices. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Stratuum name, Cohesion identity, website design and content are owned by or licensed to us. The website relies on services such as Stripe, whose separate terms apply.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, general website information is provided without guarantee, and we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse contrary to clear directions, continued use after an adverse reaction, inaccurate delivery information, or events outside our reasonable control. This section allocates risk lawfully; it does not remove consumer rights.

16. Indemnity, severability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable loss we incur because you deliberately misuse the website or commit fraud. If a provision is invalid, it is read down or severed. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
